About Sheila E. Doyle
Sheila brings more than 20 years of experience in higher education and financial management to her roles as senior associate vice president and deputy chief of staff to the president of Binghamton University, and executive director of the Binghamton University Foundation and its affiliates. Her portfolio includes strategic planning, real estate development, endowment management and advancement operations.
A certified internal auditor and experienced nonprofit executive, she previously held leadership roles at Chase Manhattan Bank and M&T Bank, specializing in personal trust and estate administration. She serves her community on multiple boards and has received several honors, including the Chancellor’s Award for Professional Service and the Women of Achievement Award.
A lifelong Girl Scout, Sheila is a former board president of the Girl Scouts of Indian Hills Legacy Council and served on the council realignment committee that helped form Girl Scouts of NYPENN Pathways. She is also a recipient of the Girl Scout Thanks Badge.
