Year Round Positions

Controller

Location: Cicero
Supervisor: Bob Wilkinson
Grade: Level of position is still in review
Status: Exempt Full-time Position

This position is responsible for accounting functions, driving the budget process, and supervision of finance staff. This person must have excellent communications skills and the ability to interact with and present to all levels of staff and management, including the Board of Directors. A bachelor's degree is required; CPA is a plus. A minimum five years experience at a non-profit organization or with a public accounting firm with a focus on non-profit clients is required. Candidate must posess the ability to analyze financial data and prepare financial reports, statements, and projections.

 

Membership Manager

Location: Cicero Service Center
Supervisor: Lisa Kaminski
Grade: 7
Status: Exempt/Part-time 20 hours

The primary responsibility of this position is targeted community cultivation for the recruitment of adult volunteers. The secondary responsibility is the identification of service ‘gaps’ in reaching girls in the assigned area. This position is responsible for providing marketing linkages as well as identifying key community support or partners for the organization at the service center and corporate level. A four year degree is desired; a minimum of a two year degree is required. Two years of related experience and Girl Scout and volunteer management experience are also desired.

 

HR Coordinator

Location: Cicero Service Center
Supervisor: Chris Kshyna
Grade: 8
Status: Non-exempt/Part-time

Responsible for supporting HR systems, records, process, benefit calculation, orientation, training, risk management needs, etc. Minimum of two years relevant experience desired. Candidate must have a high school diploma; a four-year degree is preferred.

 

Senior Administrative Assistant

Location: Cicero Service Center
Supervisor: Cindy Martin
Grade: 9
Status: Non-exempt/Full-time

This position provides administrative support to the program department. It also provides backup for the other Senior Administrative Assistant in the Cicero Service Center. A high school diploma is required with two years of comparable experience.

 

Administrative Assistant – Human Resources

Location: Cicero Service Center
Supervisor: Chris Kshyna
Grade: 10
Status: Non-exempt/Part-time (work four to five hours per day for four to five days per week)

This position provides administrative support to the Human Resources department. This person must be detail-oriented and able to problem solve. A high school diploma and computer skills are required. Human resource experience is preferred but not required.

Retail/Administrative Assistant – Operations

Location: Watertown Service Center
Supervisor: Jean Matson
Grade: 10
Status: Non-exempt/Part-time 20 hours

This position is responsible for supporting customer needs through shop sales, counter support, phones, inventory, and administrative support. The successful candidate must have good communication and interpersonal skills, a high school diploma, and at least two years of comparable experience. Some evening and weekend hours are required.
